**Also included with pricing ~ Tables, chairs, ceremony and reception area, use of our Ladies Chalet for the ladies to get ready and the Bourbon Cabin for the guys to get ready. Both areas were built for you to relax and enjoy the time, while overlooking our large pond!

50 people / 5 hours / Complete Setup with decorations and tear down ~ You get all of this for only $3,800
*I have a variety of decorations that you can choose from! Chairs for the ceremony, plus tables and chairs for a small celebration ~ I will take care of the setup.
*5 hours of professional photography
*Licensed Officiant to perform legal ceremony
*Speakers for your custom playlist.
*Cake & cupcakes or sugar cookies for you and your guests.

Wedding must be held on a Sunday through Friday. You will need to bring your own bouquet. You can bring in food, drinks and a DJ if you'd like!

This will be time for a ceremony, a celebration with your family and friends and time to get beautiful pictures around our venue area.
We will be here to help you throughout your time here at our venue!

Bridal or Baby shower, Anniversary, Birthday, Graduation, Retirement, Reunion, Business or engagement party!
*If you have been a bride or will be a bride with us, you can book your bridal shower or baby shower at half the cost listed below!
A special dinner-Couples or Family celebration.
**Graduation parties must be done by 8PM!
*For graduation occupancy, please contact me.
Friday or Sunday 11AM-10PM, 75 people
5 hour block minimum $600, each additional hour $100, maximum 7 hours
Monday through Thursday 11AM-9PM, 50 people $100/hour. Minimum of 2 hours/Maximum of 5 hours.

*PARTIES ON A FRIDAY OR SUNDAY CANNOT BE SCHEDULED MORE THAN 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, UNLESS YOU PAY THE WEDDING PRICE!
1/2 of total amount and signed contract will save your date. Prices include tables and chairs.
